SOFTBOARD is extremely resistant to age and can be used even after decades. Disposal is where it comes to full circle. Thanks to the natural ingredients, SOFTBOARD is completely recyclable and can be easily composted. When a tree burns or decomposes, it releases the same amount of CO₂ into the environment as it had assimilated during its lifespan. SOFTBOARD is manufactured from untreated wood chips and therefore do not increase the level of CO₂ emissions in the atmosphere when it decomposes or burns. The biologically safe nature of the products underscores their recylability. SOFTBOARD wood fibre insulation boards’ existence and nature are completely within ecological cycles or more specifically biochemical cycles.
