Natural insulating boards SOFTBOARD - ecofriendly and sustainable

Ecological compatibility means for SOFTBOARD manufacturer - Woodway Group - ecological responsibility to environment and humans. SOFTBOARD wood fiber boards are made using a wet manufacturing process and are thus purely organic. SOFTBOARD is produced without the addition of bonding agents and are therefore free from toxins. The wood's own lignin serves as bonding agent, fulfilling this task already inside the tree and which makes the addition of extra and foreign bonding agents unnecessary. SOFTBOARD doesn't contain formaldehyde* and any other toxic substances, that's why it's absolutely harmless for humans and environment.

For comparison:

Most of conventional insulators, such as mineral and glass wool and polisterols contain carcinogenic phenol-phormaldehyde resins which are excreted from the insulators during the whole expluatation process.

* In 2004 World Health Organization officially recognized formaldehyde emissions carcinogenic. In 2005 IKEA made a decision to turn down the purchase of materials which contained formaldehyde resins, and carried out a few informational moves for its customers about formaldehyde harm influence on human. Japan in turn prohibited import of wood based materials containing formaldehyde resins. In 2006 IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer - the wing of WHO) publicated Monographs on the Evaluation of Carcinogenic Risks to Humans where it stated that resins on the base of fenol-formaldehyde may cause cancer.

Next advantage of SOFTBOARD
